Troubleshooting common faults
1. The high-pressure oil pipe is worn and leaking oil. There is a gap between the protrusions on both sides of the high-pressure oil pipe and the fuel injector and outlet valve, which can cause oil leakage. Emergency measures can be taken first by cutting out a small round copper plate from the discarded cylinder gasket, piercing a small hole in the middle, and then smoothing the hole and placing it in the protrusion to temporarily solve this problem.
2. Sudden insufficient fuel supply. If there is insufficient fuel supply, it is necessary to exhaust the air, replace the plunger and fuel injector. If the problem still exists, it is likely that the small ball at the top rod of the fuel injector is worn flat, resulting in the failure of fuel atomization. It needs to be replaced.
When the steering wheel is unstable and there is vibration, it is necessary to check the front wheel alignment, which may be due to the small rear inclination angle. If there are no professional instruments around, a wedge shaped iron plate can be added to the back of the steel plate spring and front axle support plane to turn the front axle back, which can solve the problem.
4. Shift freely after changing gears. This situation is often due to excessive wear of the shift fork shaft groove and a decrease in spring elasticity. The repair method can be achieved by repairing the positioning groove or replacing the spring.
The problem of poor oil pump performance requires removing the oil filter and oil outlet pipe, filling it with oil through the injector, and then reinstalling it.
2. The fatigue failure of hydraulic oil pipes is caused by high temperature and frequent changes in oil pressure, which is very dangerous. On the one hand, it can be solved by replacing the hydraulic oil pipes, and on the other hand, iron wires can be wound into springs and placed in the oil pipes as support to extend their service life.
7. Diesel engine burns engine oil and emits blue smoke. This type of problem requires inspection of the rod sleeve piston group to see if it is severely worn, whether the elasticity of the piston ring is sufficient, whether the position of the air filter is appropriate, etc. If it still cannot be solved, it is necessary to check the oil pan oil and the clearance between the valve stem and valve guide.
8. Excessive engine temperature is likely caused by the accumulation of scale, which can lead to severe wear of engine parts, increased power consumption, and increased oil consumption. The best emergency measure is to use a loofah, remove the skin and seeds, and place them in the water tank. This way, the scale will be absorbed. Just replace the loofah, do not change the water in the tank frequently, as it is easy to produce scale.
These methods are all emergency measures, and it is best to go to a repair shop for maintenance in case of problems.
